Extremly poor service and product

I really do not know where to begin, but to be honest Telkom does not even deserve 1 star. We have had no internet for the past week and all Telkom says is we apologize and we are working on it. No one has come out to inspect the line or make any attempt to look into the matter. The line is always going off and extremely slow. The land line and the internet have been down and these are pensioners that are being affected so what happens in case of an emergency.
