Extremly BAD SERVICE

I have ordered and was approved on the 12th of April for the R299 sim only deal

Delivery was supposed to take place but on that day I wasn’t at home

The guy said someone will call for another date to be set for delivery

I waited and I called was told delivery will take place and the address of delivery was changed

Was stunt to learn that I could have continued with my *** while the sales lady told me it’s impossible

Yesterday I called Telkom spoke to an agent by the name of Bongile Khumalo whom I found to be very sarcastic and couldn’t help or even tried

In which that was the 2nd call cause the previous agent just cut the call on me after taking my ID number

What’s so hard to give me a contract, should I rather hop to the next provider since you guys don’t seem to want my sale
