EXTREMELY VERY BAD SERVICE IF NO SERVICE AT ALL

telkom deserves no star even if its a red one! they are useless, unprofessional, rude, careless, lacks knowledge of any of their products, the list of their incompetence is endless. they don’t know the word "communication with or to clients, lacks responsibility, dictators of note, create complicated not to mention inflated invoices with confusing and unnecessary items just so they can cheat on their clients, they are cheap on face value but will cheat you from the back, they have broken any credit laws in SA. i am so frustrated with them because they keep on getting away with ******. ICASA staff is either lazy to deal with issues reported to them about their poor to non services or they have their back!
