Extremely unprofessional

I would like all telkom managers to listen to this call to see how unprofessional their agents are . I could hear the agent speaking to another agent for 5 mins before even acknowledging me. Pathetic service provided - I had to wait 5 mins while the agent had a long conversation just so I could then get transferred.
