Extremely unhappy with Telkom customer service

The worse service i have ever received from telkom mobile. I upgraded in October and received the incorrect watch with phone. It was collected by the courier on the 11 November 24 and to date has still not been canceled, yet the higher amount is being collected. I keep get told the courier status has not been updated.
