Extremely unhappy client that has been more than patient with the appalling treatment received

I do not know why my account has been debited 3 times in 3 weeks with 3 different amounts in April. 1 April R2295 (which was supposed to be debited on 25/03 but there were insufficient funds at the time), 15 April R1072 and 18 April R3367. All they were supposed to take was R2295 but they ended up taking 3 times that amount. All they keep saying is they have escalated the matter but do not have a turnaround time for me and now in the meantime I must sit and have my finances in shambles as I incurr unnecessary additional bank charges due to insufficient funds as my other commitments will not find enough funds to be able to debit my account.
