Extremely unhappy client and very delayed service providers

I am extremely unhappy with Telkom!

First of all my contact expired and I was due for an upgrade! I’ve requested the iPhone 11 which Telkom didn’t have, I’m so confused as to why Telkom doesn’t have the iPhone 11 or the iPhone 10 yet every other cell phone service provider has them in stock!

I had to settle for the iPhone XR which (as my iPhone 8 is broken) , however, I am extremely unhappy with this iPhone XR! There’s endless problems and it refuses do do a software update, also this I feel as if I’m paying for an IPhone that does the exact same thing as the 8!

I’m just a very very unhappy client! I really wanted the IPhone 11... I mean like Vodacom has an offer for R700 a month for the iPhone 11... this is just a degrade and not an upgrade!
