Extremely unfair poor service

Telkom has closed my number,since from the 01/12/2017 til to date my number is not reinstated. The call centre people are telling different stories and lies. Can I please be assisted,this is affecting me very bad,I am tired of the poor service,poor treatment and the lies they keep on telling me. The case number is ********** 9
