Extremely terrible service from Telkom Mobile -Dishonest agents

<p>I've been down this road since 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled the router one of the agents sold me because he was lying and I'm not going into that detail again as Telkom should have all my calls recorded... afterall after I skoke to Nadia on 29/11/2016 (She was going to lsiten to the recording) and again with Lerato shortly afterwords who confirmed the agaent was not honest in his attempt to sell me this wireless router. sine then I've been batteling to get them to collect this thing at my place (still in original package) but the nighmare still follows me with money deducted from my account up tp R3000 at one stage! and on top of it it seems the latest amount refers to debt collect? what a laugh! I WILL NOT PAY A CENT- I have spoken to various lately of which Adrian was the last with reference ********** 0 who promissed me that everthing would be sorted...really? I found another reference on my email - ********** 0...what was this for? I can see we heading for the legal route which I would welcome but in the meantime I will instructing my bank to reverse all payments to telkom mobile</p>
