Extremely terrible service

I had ordered a couple of devices on separate occasions from Telkom Mobile and they had promised to deliver within 3-4 working days. weeks later I get NO word from them and when I call I get told that delivery time is actually 7-14 working days. I don't understand the discrepancy in delivery times and they seemed non-committal on when they would actually deliver. Terribly disappointed in Telkom mobile and hope one day they will improve their service.
