Extremely Rude service from Telkom fourways opposite to pep store consultant

I went to Telkom for an enquiry, not to take a contract, and was assisted by a staff member named Sinini Danisa. From the moment we engaged with her, her attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of providing assistance, she made us feel unwelcome simply because we were not there to sign up for a contract.

Customer service should be about treating every person with respect and professionalism, regardless of the nature of their visit. Unfortunately, the service we received was the worst ever unhelpful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Telkom, please take note if this is how you allow your staff to treat customers, you risk losing more than just potential contracts. A little courtesy and respect go a long way.
