Extremely Rude Employee

After applying for a ADSL with Telkom I was told I have a go to any Telkom store a pay a fee after which a technician we come to do any installation. So today I went into the store and all three ladies were busy with clients, I was closer to the lady with the white guys as she was helping another gentlemen and as she stood there typing on on the computer I greeted with no response, I repeated and she looked up asked what time the store was closing which she again ignored, I then asked again and she then shouted that she was busy. I apologised and told her all I needed was the stores closing time, she then shouted back at me and said 6pm and as stood there in great shock and proceeded to ask me what the hell I was looking at her for, I rep**** and said there was no need to shout and her response was to tell me to get the he'll out of her store. I gladly walked out and started think about an alternative ADSL provide.<br> <br> I'm am reporting this as I feel her actions today were total uncalled for and would how many more people like me walk out of this store without being helped.<br>
