Extremely poor to no service at Telkom Call center

I've got some enquiries for my contracts but can't raise them as nobody picks up at the call center. I've called several times and the call will go on fo minutes even 30 minutes or more with no answer so matter how long you wait nobody will answer. It's just bad service even their online platform is useless you type stuff and the site just clears and rest even using the call me button mean nothing as nobody call you. I've got 4 contracts with telkom and what I'm going through is a nightmare
