Extremely poor service Standerton
<p>Good Day my fellow Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>I am writing this letter to you on behalve of my cousin , he ap**** for a telkom package to be installed at his home in standerton, mpumalanga Souht africa in case the technician got lost. he got an sms (short message services) in case you dont know what that is, stating that his line is scheduled for installation on 16/03/2017 as the day went by no on pitched not a single telkom technician soul. So my cousin got hold of the area supervisor and explained what is busy unvolding. then on 18/03/2017 he got another sms stating that a technician has been dispatched yet again no one pitched. as the same for 19/03/2017. so on Monday i personaly called telkom explaining the situation so i was told that the technician scheduled to the below order details logged that he was at the site but no one was there. but i can tell you now that technician **** threw his yellow teeth. my cousin is home 24/7 7 days a week. now he got another sms stating that his line is scheduled for 05/04/2017 which is another week away. this is unexceptable, so my dear telkom so called friendly customer service bull **** i can tell you that much i need this sorted out with in this week and this week only if you do not comply i will personaly contact the CEO of telkom Mr Sipho Maseko i will go to every main stream media in This slowly falling apart country of ours i will put this on every social media platform . so you got one of 2 choices and i trust you will choose wiselly if you want keep that so called good customer service record in check.</p> <p> </p> <p>below you will find the details of my cousin</p> <p> </p> <p>NAME: Christopher Jhon-Dee Aylward</p> <p>Contact: ********** or ********** 770</p> <p>Telko order Number ********** 61</p> <p> </p> <p>the rest you can get from him</p> <p> </p> <p>have a splended day</p> <p> </p> <p>Peace Out</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
