Extremely poor service provider!!

A whole bunch of *********** employees. They stop providing us with WiFi without being notified (not due to failure of payment but an error on their end with regards to network cables) then I did the cancellation in office and they couldn’t pick it up on their system we had to do it online which was done twice before the contract was cancelled!! Furthermore I had to wait 2 months before my account was credited! No communication from them at all!
