EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM!!!

I went to a Telkom store to cancel my 20gb SIM ONLY contract. They messed up and cancelled my other 20gb contract on which I am paying off a device. After MANY trlephonic conversations AND store visits they did not correct it in time and charged ne a device penlty fee at the end of May 2024. All fair, but THEY messed up for which I paid. Now, they want to deduct ANOTHER device penalty fee on a contract that was corrected and re-instated. The shops now refuse to help me correct it, was just at the Telkom store in Cresta shopping centre. Now there seems to be a LOT more unsuccessful telephone calls coming, which I have to make in my working hours, to try and correct THEIR mistake. NICE TELKOM, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
