Extremely poor Service from Telkom
<p>I have purchased the uncapped 799 deal from Telkom and there was supposed to be a free installation for the attenae as the speed is currently less that 2mb , it's now over 3 months and I logged over 3 cases but no one in Telkom cares to do bother doing this installation. It's impossible to call there LTE technical team as they do not receive calls .. </p> <p>i just need a technician to come and install the attenae and its been over 3 months </p> <p> </p> <p>i have 5 contracts with Telkom and in nearly all of those contacts I have issues , wrong billing , cancellations never done , incorrect service fees which I have to constantly go in store to resolve .</p> <p>they have very approach to customer and prime concern is getting sales ....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

You have chosen to ignore your clients once again and prove your incompetence and display it publicly, No one had contacted me and made formal arrangements to resolve the issue on hand , just false promises and taking your clients as idiots ,

I am still waiting for telkom to respond.... I cannot believe that you can deliberately ignore you clients and don't care about any interaction
