Extremely poor service from Telkom

Extremely poor customer service from Telkom. I app**** for Fibre at the Telkom Pavillion store on the 5th January 2023 and no installation has been done. No router delivered and not a single call from a technician. I received SMS's that my job was completed and closed, but no installation was done. I was debited and still no feedback. Very poor service from Telkom and Customer service. I have multiple contracts with Telkom and I will certainly not renew or purchase any products from Telkom in the future. I will never recommend them again. It is extremely disappointing waiting for the service to be delivered while I still pay for it.
