Extremely poor service from TELKOM

I have been trying to cancel my month to month contract with Telkom for 2 months. I went twice to Telkom store at Ferndale on Republic and they did not want to help me, they said I must go onto the website to cancel my contract. I went onto their cancellation link 6 times and all times after entering all necessary details I get an error message. I then emailed them and asked for assistance, gave them all details that they needed, I then got a response from them saying that they cannot assist me because I have not provided them with any details for the cancellation. I want to cancel this contract and I do not understand why Telkom is holding me ransom for something that I do not want anymore.
