Extremely poor service delivery

<p>I have never experienced such poor service in my life. The employees are rude and it took more than 2 hours r serve us. </p> <p> </p> <p>The store has only two employees working abs they didn't care about the clients. All they want is money but they do not focus on service delivery. </p> <p>The Telkom branch at Westgate Mall is useless. Why is there a branch when we won't b served in time. There's an old couple here and they've been waiting for hours. It's the third time I'm coming here and nothing has changed. It has changed for the worse. </p>
