Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service.

I’ve had a Telkom contract for two years, which ended last year June. I’ve been calling every month for the cancellation and I even got a paid up letter. Tell me why is money still being deducted by Telkom. They even have the audacity to tell me about lawyers if I don’t pay up. I’ve been visiting Telkom stores and those people can’t even help.
