Extremely Poor Service

I spoke to an agent at Telkom who identified herself as Nontobeko enquiring about an order I placed online and she was so rude from the start as she was not even prepared to assist me with my query. This lady does not deserve to work with people as her behaviour is pathetic. Please remove such people as they deny your brand.
