Extremely poor service and whattup method is a sick joke.

At first I could not receive e-mails on Outlook. (Still can't, a year later) So was advised to use Zimbra. Needless to say, the reference numbers given to me are numerous. The latest 3, all within a week, are: ***1, 24BEK251222 and the one yesterday ***9. With the last one I again don't have e-mails, not even on Zibra, do messaging. One of the reasons for this apparently is because I have logged in with the wrong password, more than 3 times. What a joke. I am asked to do a virus scan, do a password change and that is suppose to sort this mess out. not really very helpfull indeed. If I am lucky, I get access to my mails after attemping to open it after the 10 th time. Then when I want to open an attachment, it says system error. Don't want to mention their magic whattsup assist, you can't get beyond reporting no 7, which is suppose to say one need help with troubleshooting. This is a new year and my patience for this kind of service is getting very limited.
