Extremely poor service and pathetic customer skill

Been to Telkom Lakeside Mall, Benoni over a month ago to do a cellphone upgrade. I was advised at the Telkom store upstairs that they could not help me and i should go to the other store. After waiting in the queue for 2 hours for the Telkom consultants to finish with 2 customers in front of me, I was assisted by an extremely rude and unhelpful employee (Every employee in that store is rude without people skills, many customers walked out that store disgruntled) I was advised that they did not have the device in store and would order it. It will take a week and she will contact me. 2 weeks later still no call. I called the store and as expected i was rudely advised that no device was received. A month and week later i went to the store where i was assisted by an even ruder employee who said they don't have the device in store and she cannot find the documents i completed, she will leave my name on the notice board and the employee who helped me must contact me. Almost 2 months later still no assistance. The people skills at Telkom Mobile is disgusting. The staff do no have respect for customers. Leave surveys at the store asking customers to rate the service and i rest my case. BAD
