Extremely poor service

I have a problem accessing my voice mail messages. When I dail the 181 number, it cuts me off immediately without going to the voice prompts. I called your service agents and they were not help saying there is nothing they can do for me. Now when I call the line it keeps saying that they just sent me an Sms. 🤦🏽♂️Please help.
