Extremely poor service

I have a contract with telkom it has come to a end. I noticed that they where only debating my parent of R110 which is ok cause I received 10gigs of data. I noticed now they started debating 270 I did not upgrade. I have tried to call there contract cancelation I waited 1 hour. I'm than transfer to the cancelation team which I have been waiting for 2 hours. Telkom service is extremely poor please call me to cancel my contract
