Extremely Poor Service

I opened up a contract with Telkom in November and had my first debit order in December however when ever I call in to find out about my account information I get told different information every time first it was a agent called Zakile then today Daniel with the misinformed information told me again about different amounts on my account. Why is it that nobody knows how to read an account? I am utterly disgusted by the poor service
