Extremely poor service

I have taken my cellphone insurance with telkom and now that I am trying to claim from it I am being sent from pillar to post for my claim. Telkom outsources their insurance and now this becomes the clients problem? Worst service ever! When you try to contact their 3rd party insurance all you get told is wrong department and you're put on hold
