Extremely poor service

I am extremely disappointed with the Telkom service. I have been waiting almost 2 month for telkom to install a land line cable at my residence. In the first month telkom called to find out if we are happy with the installation as the paper work has been sent claiming that the installation has been compleated so we had to explain to them that no one has even been to our house yet. On the 14th of April 2018 there was a guy by the name of Bennie from telkom to come install the line cable he smelled terribly like alcohol and then asked that we clear the branches by the box for the cable to be connected and then phone him once we are done and he will come back. It took 10mins to clear the branches we then called him to let him know it is clear and he does not answer his phone we also sent him a message and he does not reply. The service with telkom is extremely poor and this towards a potential new client. I am disappointed and will not recommend anyone to use the telkom services at all.
