Extremely poor service!!!

It is now almost 3 months and still no assistance from telkom regarding my device. Im so glad one of my contract are expiring soon and they called me for an upgrade... You cant call me for right things... No upgrade for me... Cant wait to CANCEL all my contracts. Cheap but poor service
