Extremely poor service

<p>On my way now for fifth visit to Telkom store to find out what has happened with my line transfer from Blouberg to Hartenbos. Promised dates for install not kept, date slips, useless call centre, holding times in excess of 20 minutes...Ridiculous..Ref ********** 98A given countless times..no results. This country needs a fixed line competitor. Telkom do not care. Initially had good help at Telkom office, only thing could do though was connect me to call centre...So frustrating.</p>
