Extremely poor service

<p>I was told that I am able to migrate my package at any time. But now when I tried I am told Im unable to do so as Im on a 36 month contract. The mixed information your staff give is really pathetic and I want what was promised. I want my package migrated to what I want no questions asked, if you cannot do that I will be switching providers. Your reception sucks anyway!</p>
