EXTREMELY POOR, NON EXISTING SERVICE FROM TELKOM/OPENSERVE

Good day Our grandparents live in St Lucia and they use Telkom Openserve. They have been without their WiFi for about a month with call centre agents being extremely rude and not helping. We have no assistance with resolving the problem and this is unacceptable. Please can someone assist urgently as this is completely unacceptable for elders who pays their fees every month without fail.
