Extremely poor customer service

I have been having issues with my ADSL line for a over week now and I have called Telkom countless times and to be honest this is worse service I have ever gotten - I didn't think it could be that poor. I hang on the line forever I when I finally get through I get the same feedback every time. All I want is for my service that I pay for to work, is that too much to ask for? Please could someone who really cares about customer service call me as this has been going to for far too long - thank you
