Extremely poor customer service.

3 days ago I made use of their online Product ordering service to get an ADSL line which I need quite urgently, after completing the process I was told an agent would be in touch soon to confirm the details, which up until now has not happened. Why provide a service or make online ordering available if you aren't going to follow up or complete those orders. So annoying.
