Extremely poor customer service

I have never encountered anything more frustrating in my life than my experience with Telkom. From Sales to After Sale Customer Support the service is utterly poor. All contact numbers have been removed from their website and all Telkom Direct Stores either don't answer their phone or their phone number does not work at all. I am forced to use a useless self service walkthrough that does not work. I have submitted countless call back requests on their website and have not received a single call.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT SUPPORT TELKOM. It will be the worst mistake of your life.
