Extremely poor and pathetic service

I am not able to receive calls before the 13 Dec 19 on the network and logged the issue with Telkom Customer Service as from the 16 Dec 19. I have spoken to several agents and several Team Leaders and the Call Centre Manager to follow up, with no resolve. I wish to escalate the matter further because no one can resolve the problem. Tel
