Extremely poor ADSL service

I have tried to reset my password on My Telkom, I have also had a problem with my adsl speed for 10-12 years now and they are so *********** I cannot describe my anger. I got cut off 4 times as it took them so long to understand my complaints. I want a new ADSL line installed. They don't know what they are doing. Log a fault every month and still not sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
