Extremely Pathetic Service

I genuinely cannot stress enough how shambolic it was dealing with this company. We use Telkom at home and used to use them for business; needless to say, we cancelled our service with Telkom in November 2019 and they continued to bill us for the next two months without warning. Communication was pathetically slow and they showed little concern that we were being charged for a service we cancelled. Definitely going to cancel our service at home with them too as soon as fibre is available in our area. Stay away from them at all costs. There's a reason that they're a bit of a joke in this country.
