Extremely ****553d !!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very hesitant to 'upgrade' my expiring DATA contract I had with Telkom to a LTE contract via Cell Direct who managed to successfully pawn it to me telephonically. So far that has been their ONLY achievement. I am still awaiting delivery of my "GIFTS FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER". Tried calling the number for the company that SOLD me the upgrade but the phone is never answered - you get a message stating that a consultant will call you back but that NEVER HAPPENS. Really agitated now and would urge everybody to NEVER upgrade with CELL DIRECT!!!
