Extremely frustrated and anger

<p>I have logged an incident last week Thursday Ref no 762CRK050117 every day I have to follow up on when someone will come out and fix my internet connection. This is now a week later and still no one has come and fixed the problem, only to find out that there is only one consultant in the area and has still 60 houses to do and he is not sure when I will be next!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous how do I do business without internet connection?????? You are very quick to suspend telephone lines if payments are not received but when you have to do service you just take your time . So what I just have to wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my line fixed by the latest tomorrow morning or otherwise I WILL INVOICE YOU FOR ALL THE WORK I HAVE LOST because you can’t fix your problem.</p> <p> </p>
