Extremely Frustrated!!!!!

I would like to cancel 2 data contracts with immediate effect! I've been having serious issues with these 2 contracts and have made contact with telkom on numerous occasions, but to no avail. The numbers in question is *** and ***. With the *** I was given the option to cancel without penalties but when I wanted to I was told I can't anymore. The data keeps on kicking me out and is more off than on. I can't keep on working like this and is forced to go to another provider which is costing me more money!!!!!!
