Extremely ****ed

I am extremely ****ed for the service i have been receiving from these service providers. yesterday at 16:00 we had load shedding, our lights then came back on with no wifi connection. I contacted Telkom and they provided me with the task number ISP-582078 I contacted them this morning spoke to Rejoice Makoae and i was advised that the status of my task was open, few hours later i called again and i was put on hold for an hour, I then called again and spoke to Mathsidiso and still nothing, i then decided to call vumatel and each agent that i spoke to, took my name and number and still nothing. we work from home and we still have to deal with **** like this. i will definitely take my business somewhere else.
