Extremely dissapointed!!

I am beyond dissatisfied with the service received from Telkom. I app**** for a mobile contract in Dec 2024 and a month later I still haven't received my delivery. Communication from their "trusted" delivery partner Skynet has not been there at all and it feels like I am expected to sort this out as a customer while Telkom folds their hands and wait for the first debit order to go off. I am not happy with this service at all!!
