Extremely Dissapointed

I rarely complain, but the treatment from telkom wow, pathetic isn't even the word that describes how dissapointed I am. I make every effort to actually read up before dealing with any company and well, benefit of the doubt how wrong I was.

I app**** for Adsl package the 5th June 2020, to date I still have recieved no proper feedback, I have gone to the telkom store 4 times, they turned me away saying I need to wait for a call. Don't get me wrong I do understand the shortage of Staff, covid has wreaked havoc.

I get a call from a agent from telkom last week, he takes my details he then goes on to quote the incorrect package, he further goes on to tell me he can't help me as I stay in a forest and I need to go in to the telkom store again, I was so dumstruct I didn't even have any words.

I then asked so what do I then do, he says complete an application, I was like again, he says yes, he couldnt answer me as to what happened to my previous application.

Gosh, I then call telkom and this lady seemed so disinterested in what I had to say I literally felt like why bother speaking to her, my call then cut.

Its extremely dissapointing the package I needed was for home schooling for my 6 year old sun, I assume telkom has enuff business, so I will take my business elsewhere.
