Extremely Disillusioned with Telkom - No router supp**** as per agreement.

Telkom advertised a lockdown promo of home premium dsl uncapped internet on a 10Mbps line at R499 for 6 months and the rest at R699. This included a free setup and installed wifi router, unlimited Telkom to Telkom calls and mobile calls plus 2GB Telkom Internet per month on a sim. I app**** on 7 September, the service was available for use on 14 Sept. To date, despite numerous phone calls, an email that was ignored and communication with them via Facebook Messenger, I have still not received the promised router or sim card after 7 weeks. The only replies to my queries have been "escalated"! In the meantime I have been charged for the service and overcharged at that! Had I not had an old router to use in the meantime, I would have been/am paying for a service that I cannot use. I note that Telkom's new brochure advertises the same deal. How can they advertise when they can't even supply the router to customers who have already taken them up on this deal????
