Extremely disappointed with the upgrade and false advertising

<p>My cellphone is due for an upgrade, I have been chatting with telkom on Facebook requesting call back from call centre regarding upgrade since last week. There is a new booklet available with June's upgrade but no one wants to help me even when I went to cresta mall. ..... I really like telkom and I wouldn't wanna move to cellc but at this moment I really don't have a choice as I am begging for an upgrade and no one wants to come to my aid</p>
