Extremely disappointed with Telkom

I have a sim card deal and took a contract for my daughter (tablet) it has been more than 2 years with Telkom I have not had any issues. But now all of a sudden I get billed 4 times my bill and I’m told it’s subscriptions???? What subscriptions I didn’t sign up for that sorry who ever raised my spending limit must pay the money as I am on my way to the bank to dispute
