Extremely disappointed with service

I am extremely disappointed with telkom mobile as my amount due has been collected 3 weeks ago but still my service if not active.... I have 5 contracts with them and if this is not sort with 24h I am canceling all the contracts and will never deal with telkom mobile again... I rather go to MTN OR VODACOM... the message I received last week was " Dear Telkom Customer. We confirm payment on your account *** and your service(s) will be restored during the cause of the day. Thanks Telkom "
