Extremely Disappointed with N1 City's Service

I am beyond frustrated with the poor service I received from N1 City. We agreed on specific deals with them, and they initially confirmed everything. However, once the deal was completed, they went ahead and put us on completely different deals that we did not agree to! This is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when we tried to contact the person in charge to resolve this issue, she simply did not answer our calls. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Additionally, we purchased a phone with the promise of receiving free earphones and a watch as part of the deal. However, we are still waiting for these items, with no update or explanation from N1 City.

This kind of misleading business practice and lack of customer care is unacceptable. We trusted them to honor their word, but instead, we were left feeling ****med. We expect a resolution immediately, or we will escalate this matter further.

Would not recommend dealing with them unless you want to experience the same frustration!
